The Beachboys thump sorry Hawks and with it, confirm their position in the National League South for next season.
Concord were sharp out the traps as Jordan Chiedozie and his trickery earned a penalty having been felled by keeper Lucas Covolan. Steve Cawley made short work, stroking the ball home.
The lead was doubled when Cawley took control, shifted past his marker and neatly slotted past Covolan with his left foot.
The hosts were not in a forgiving mood and looked to kill off the game at the earliest opportunity. Chances for both Dion Sembie-Ferris and Della-Verde somehow evaded the net before the former took the game away from Whitehawk. A ball in behind saw him leave the defender for dead before rounding the keeper and passing into the empty net.
Concord almost added a fourth as Chiedozie was played in down the right side, rounded Covolan but took it too wide and failed to find the goal with his near post strike.
