Match Report

TAYLOR MILES’ wonder strike 20 minutes from time gave Concord victory at home to Essex rivals Chelmsford.

The hosts had taken a seventh minute lead with an own goal from ex-Rangers keeper Tom Lovelock in front of a crowd of 405 at the Aspect Arena.

But Clarets captain Mark Hughes equalised midway through the first half before Miles’ 40-yarder in the second half settled the match.

It made it 10 points of the last 12 available for Concord and left them in 10th place in the Vanarama South table.
