Tonight Concord Rangers have their first home game at The Aspect Arena for the 2017/18 season as they host Hemel Hempstead Town.

Hemel started their 2017/18 Vanarama National League South campaign off with an emphatic victory this past Saturday as they hosted Whitehawk. A 3-0 win on the day put Hemel top of the league on opening day, but it’s early in the season and nobody stays there for long, as they were overtaken by Truro City and Hungerford Town.

Concord Rangers will be looking to start their home account with a positive result after falling to old foes Wealdstone this past Saturday by a 2-1 scoreline. Not the best start to the season but it is just one game, the Beachboys had a tough season last time out and will be doing everything possible to improve on that this time round, and that can start with a big 3 points tonight.

The last time the two sides met was towards the end of the 2016/17 season, when The Tudors came to Thames Road on March 25th. Jordan Chiedozie scored a brace on the day to give Concord Rangers a 2-0 vital victory that helped secure this seasons status in the Vanarama National League South
