Cawley RED 68
Hill 55, Rapai 90+5
Concord capitulate having been firmly in control of the game with Captain Steve Cawley going from hero to zero seeing red midway through the second half having scored his sides two goals.
The hosts went in front early, Ben Greenhalgh felled by goalkeeper Luke Purnell. Cawley stroked home with ease.
Lewis Knight spurned a glorious chance for the Beachboys missing from literally two yards out centre of goal before the lead was doubled. Khale Da Costa had the beating of Ashley Harper before being chopped down. Another penalty and another goal for Cawley.
Da Costa saw a strong right footer well saved by Purnell as Concord were very much in the ascendancy.
The second half told a very different tale, and Gethyn Hill put his side back in it with a neat close range finish.
Cawley having been booked for a needlessly soft encounter with Naby Diallo then decided to launch into a tackle which referee Jack Packman saw as enough. A second yellow was awarded and thus his marching orders.
Weston tried in vain to gain parity but were made to wait until injury time when Irnti Rapai struck a loose ball home with his left foot to steal an unlikely point.
