There has been some recent speculation within the press with regards to the position of both manager Adam Flanagan and assistant manager Glen Alzapiedi at the club, and as a result the following statement has been released:
A meeting was called by the Concord Rangers Chairman Ant Smith with first team manager Adam Flanagan this week with regards to the future direction of the club.
Following the meeting and subsequent discussions between the management team and the chairman, the decision was made by mutual consent for the tenure of Adam and Glen to come to an end following the culmination of the 2017/18 Vanarama National League South season.
On behalf of everyone at the club we would like to thank both Adam Flanagan and Glen Alzapiedi for all their hard work over the years, for the successes they have brought, and for everything that they have done for Concord Rangers during their tenure here with the Beachboys.
Once confirmed and in place, the new management team will be in touch will all current Concord Rangers players as soon as possible.
