Defender, Now in his third run with the Beachboys, Tosan is an experienced defender/midfielder who has spent time on the youth books at West Ham, Chelsea and Charlton before joining Concord Rangers for the first time in 2012. Tosan then moved to the States to play for Rollins College. Following his stint in the college game, Popo played for the Tampa Bay Rowdies and then the Florida Tropics before returning to England. Tosan signed on for his second stint with Concord Rangers at the end of August 2018 and was part of the side that finished 7^th in the league that year, before joining Hemel Hempstead Town last season. Popo makes a welcome return to the side and will surely be a key part of the back-line once again
